All three ports on this thing are 3/4" JIC female swivel, right? Just want to make sure before I go cutting into my existing lines.

All three connections are identical, 3/4" female JIC swivel with a 1-1/16-12 UN thread callout on every port. So whatever lines you're branching off of, all three sides will accept the same male JIC fitting. The swivel feature on each port also gives you some wiggle room when you're routing hoses in tight spots.
