what size is this bonded seal exactly, the 50MM part got me a little turned around

It's a 50MM x 2.0 bonded seal. That 50MM refers to the outer diameter, and the 2.0 is the cross-section thickness. Pretty standard sizing for hydraulic fittings in that range.
