What's the thread size on each end of this fitting, and which side is which?

Side 1 runs M18 X 1.5 and connects as a DIN Tube type, sized at S10 with a 19mm wrench flat. Side 2 is M16 X 1.5, Metric male, 16mm size, and takes a 22mm wrench flat. The fitting itself turns 90 degrees between the two, so you're making a right-angle transition from a DIN tube connection over to a male metric port.

Will this fitting hold up okay in a hydraulic system on a farm tractor? It gets pretty hot and dusty here.
