Both sides are M33 x 1.5 on this one, right? Just want to make sure I ain't mixing up a male-to-female situation when I go to swap out the old fitting on the Komatsu line.

Both sides do run M33 x 1.5, but they're not the same gender. One end is male and the other is female, so it's set up to extend or redirect an existing Komatsu connection rather than join two identical ends. If your current setup has a female M33 x 1.5 port, the male side threads right in, and the female end accepts the next male fitting in the line.

got a tight spot on a Komatsu line, is this the 90 degree elbow with M33 x 1.5 on both ends?

For a Komatsu-style 90° turn, this elbow is set up with an M33 x 1.5 male on one side and an M33 x 1.5 female on the other, so it’s meant to join two M33 x 1.5 Komatsu connections at a right angle.
