Got a piece of equipment running M22 x 1.5 female ports and my supply line comes out NPT, this adapter gonna close that gap straight up, no extra fittings needed?

That's what this one's built for. One end is a 1/2-14 NPTF male thread, the other is M22 x 1.5 female, and the straight fixed design means you're connecting those two standards directly with nothing in between. Steel construction holds up in real working conditions, and at 44.3mm overall length it stays pretty compact, so it won't eat up space in a tight circuit.
