Got a piece of equipment running metric fittings on one end and NPT on the other. This the kind of adapter that handles that crossover without needing extra parts?

That's what this one's built for. One end is 3/8" male NPT, the other is 14mm female metric with a 1.5 thread pitch. Both connection types on a single straight adapter, so you're not stacking fittings or adding length where you don't need it. Overall length runs 39mm, and the wrench flat is 20.5mm if you need to torque it down clean.
