Will this here tee fitting work alright with my existing JIS setup? I got half-inch connections already.

This Female JIS Run Tee is indeed compatible with your existing 1/2" JIS connections, as all three sides (Side 1, Side 2, and Side 3) feature 1/2" JIS connections. Sides 1 and 2 are Male, while Side 3 is Female.

what's the thread callout on all three ports of this tee? trying to make sure everything lines up before I order

All three sides carry a G 1/2 - 14 callout at the 1/2" JIS size. Sides 1 and 2 are male connections, and Side 3 is female. So if you're running a JIS line that needs a branch off the main run, the threading should match up across the board.
