trying to tee off a 3/8 jis line, what are the thread types on each port of this run tee?

For connections, Side 1 and Side 2 are 3/8 inch male JIS with a G 3/8 - 19 callout, and Side 3 is 3/8 inch female JIS with the same G 3/8 - 19 callout.

all three ports on this thing are 3/8 JIS? just want to make sure before i order

Two of the ports are 3/8" male JIS and the third is 3/8" female JIS. So the run sides come in as male and the branch side is female. All three are the same 3/8" size, just different genders depending on which port you're working with.

Will this tee work with standard JIC fittings, or do I need to get JIS specific stuff?

This tee fitting requires JIS (Japanese Industrial Standard) connections on all three ports. It will not directly connect to JIC (Joint Industry Council) fittings. You'll need to use JIS-compatible components for a secure, leak-free hydraulic system.
