Product Questions & Answers

Got a hydraulic line that makes a hard right angle turn and one side's JIC while the other hookup is BSPP, this fitting handle that kind of crossover?
Question by: Hank M on Nov 6, 2025, 9:30 AM
That's what this one's built for. One end is a male JIC with a 3/4-16 UNF thread at 1/2" size, and the other is a female BSPP swivel also sized at 1/2". The 90-degree elbow gives you that right-angle transition between the two thread standards in a single fitting. Steel construction holds up well in working hydraulic environments, and the overall length on both sides comes in at 50mm each, so it stays pretty compact in tight routing situations.

Reckon this'll hold up alright in a hydraulic system on a farm tractor? We use them pretty hard.
Question by: Earl O on Apr 23, 2025, 4:00 PM
This Adaptall elbow is manufactured from steel, so it should offer good durability in demanding hydraulic environments.

trying to hook a JIC hose up to a BSPP port, will this elbow do that or am i mixing up threads
Question by: Cheryl M on Dec 30, 2025, 10:43 AM
For that exact mix, it fits the job. One end is a male JIC with a 3/4-16 UNF thread in a 1/2 inch size, and the other end is a 1/2 inch female BSPP swivel, so it bridges JIC to BSPP with a 90 degree turn.
