trying to match up an old adapter, is this the one that goes from 1-1/4 JIC to that 28mm Kobelco L35 special?

It’s a straight steel adapter with a male 1-1/4 inch JIC on one end (1-5/8 - 12 UN thread callout) and a male 28 mm Kobelco connection on the other end sized at L35 SPECIAL.

Will this fitting hold up okay in a hydraulic system running around 3000 PSI?
