Product Questions & Answers

Will this here fitting work with a hydraulic setup that's using JIC on one side and BSPP on the other, or am I gonna need somethin' else?
Question by: Wade D on Oct 25, 2025, 10:26 AM
This Adaptall adapter is designed to connect a male JIC fitting to a female BSPP fitting. It's got the right threads for both sides, so it should do the trick for your hydraulic setup.

Got a line running 1/4" JIC on one end and need to tie into a BSPP port on a piece of imported equipment. This the right fitting to make that happen?
Question by: Terry O on Apr 1, 2026, 8:55 AM
Yeah, that'll do the job. One end is a 7/16-20 UNF male JIC thread, which is standard for 1/4" JIC lines, and the other is a 1/8" female BSPP swivel. The swivel end gives you a little movement when you're torquing things down, which makes it easier to get a clean connection without stressing the line. Steel construction, straight configuration, so it's a direct in-line adapter with no angle to account for.

got a hose end that’s 7/16-20 JIC male, will this adapter mate up with it?
Question by: Troy M on Oct 10, 2025, 8:26 PM
Side 1 is a male JIC in 7/16 - 20 UNF (1/4 inch size). The other side is a female BSPP swivel in 1/8 inch size, so it is meant to transition from that JIC thread to a BSPP connection.
