For back-to-back Komatsu male connections running M18 x 1.5 threads on both sides, that's exactly what this union is built for. Both ends are male Komatsu at 18mm with a 1.5 pitch, so it bridges two female Komatsu ports in a straight line. The body is steel and comes in at 45.7mm long with a 24mm wrench flat, so make sure you've got enough clearance in the block to get a wrench on it.
