Will this fitting hold up if I'm usin' it in a hydraulic setup on farm equipment? Just wanna make sure it's tough enough.

Designed for reliable interfacing in industrial systems, this steel connector should provide good service in mobile hydraulic applications where vibration and pressure spikes are within normal ranges for steel fittings. Keep in mind it's not adjustable and doesn't have features like check valves.

Got a metric port on one side and NPT on the other, is this the piece that ties M10 x 1.0 into 1/8-27 NPTF?

Made for exactly that thread changeover, it has a male M10 x 1.0 on one end and a female 1/8 inch 27 NPTF on the other in a straight steel connector.
