trying to replace an adapter on a hose, is this the one with 7/16-20 jic male on one end and a 12mm komatsu female on the other?

You are looking at a straight steel adapter with a male JIC end called out as 7/16-20 UNF (1/4 inch size) on side 1, and a solid female Komatsu end called out as 12 mm (14 mm size) on side 2.

got a Komatsu port on a piece of equipment and need to run a JIC line off it, this a straight adapter or does it got some kind of angle to it?

Straight through, no angle. The 9230-04-14 runs a male 7/16-20 UNF JIC on one end and a female 12mm Komatsu on the other, all in a direct inline configuration. At 32.3mm long with a 19mm wrench flat, it sits pretty compact in tight spots. If your port is a solid female Komatsu at 14mm, this one drops right in.
