trying to replace a fitting, is this the one that goes from a 3/4 JIC male to a 16mm DIN standpipe female?

On the JIC side you are getting a 1-1/16 - 12 UN male connection, which is the 3/4 inch JIC size callout. The other end is a 16 mm female DIN standpipe, so it is meant to bridge that JIC to metric standpipe connection.
