trying to swap an old fitting out, is this the one that goes from 7/16-20 JIC male to an 8mm DIN standpipe female?

Match the ends and you are in the right ballpark. Side 1 is a 7/16-20 UNF male JIC for 1/4 inch size fittings, and side 2 is an 8 mm DIN standpipe female.
