got a line running 1-1/4 JIC male on one end and need to tie into a metric DIN tube port, S30 size with M42 x 2.0 thread, this elbow gonna work for that?

That's what this fitting covers. One side is a 1-1/4" male JIC with a 1-5/8-12 UN thread, and the other is a female DIN tube connection sized S30 with M42 x 2.0 thread. The 90-degree elbow shape also gives you some routing flexibility if you're working in a tight spot or need to change direction coming off that port.
