got a metric port on my hydraulic manifold that needs to tie into a JIC line, this the kind of fitting that bridges that gap?

Straight connection between a 3/4-16 UNF male JIC on one end and an M20 x 1.5 female DIN tube fitting on the other is exactly what this adapter handles. The JIC side uses a 37-degree flare seat, which is standard for that thread size, and the metric soft seal end uses a DIN tube configuration. Steel construction keeps it solid under the kinds of pressures you'd expect in a working hydraulic circuit. At just under 48mm total length, it fits without a lot of extra reach in tight hydraulic connections runs.
