got a 3/4-16 UNF male fitting on one end and need to hook into an M18 x 1.5 female DIN tube port on the other, is this the right adapter for that?

That's what this one does. One end is a 3/4-16 UNF male JIC, and the other is an M18 x 1.5 female DIN tube connection. Steel construction, straight body, no adjustable ends or check valves in the mix. Pretty straightforward drop-in adapter for crossing over between those two fitting standards.
