Got a metric DIN tube end on my equipment and need to connect it to a JIC fitting, this straight adapter the right call for that?

For a straight connection between a 9/16-18 UNF male JIC side and an M14 x 1.5 female DIN tube end, this is exactly what bridges that gap.
