trying to keep all my threads the same, are all three ports on this tee G 1/2-14 male BSPP?

All three connections are male BSPP with the same callout, G 1/2 - 14, and they are all 1/2 inch size. It is meant for setups where you want the same thread type across the run and the branch.

All three ports on this thing are male BSPP, does that mean I need female BSPP fittings or adapters on whatever I'm connecting it to?

Correct on all three ports. Each one runs G 1/2 - 14 male BSPP threads, so whatever you're threading into them needs to be female BSPP to match up. That goes for the run ports and the branch port alike. If your existing lines or components are a different thread type, you'd need the appropriate adapter in between before this tee will work in your setup.
