This valve plate is indeed designed for use with PVH74 piston pumps. It's the right-hand QPC version.

Yeah, that's exactly what this part is for. The 913741 is a valve plate made specifically for the PVH74 piston pump, sold under the Vickers and Eaton Vickers line. Package contents confirm it as a valve plate for the PVH74 in a right-hand QPC configuration, so as long as your pump matches that, you're in good shape.
