Got a hydraulic line running G 1/2 BSPP on one end and standard NPT fittings on the other, this thing gonna bridge that gap alright?

That's what this fitting handles. One side is G 1/2-14 BSPP male and the other is 1/2-14 NPTF female, so it connects those two thread standards directly without needing an adapter in between. Both sides are 1/2 inch, so the sizing lines up clean.

Will this elbow fitting work with standard NPT threads on my equipment?

This elbow has a 1/2" NPTF female connection on one side, so it should connect to standard 1/2" NPT male threads. Just make sure the other side, the BSPP connection, matches your other component.

For that exact thread pairing, it matches. Side 1 is a G 1/2 - 14 BSPP male, and side 2 is a 1/2 - 14 NPTF female, in a 90 degree adjustable elbow body.
