What's this fitting made out of, and is that gonna hold up in wet or corrosive conditions?

316 stainless steel throughout. That grade of stainless is well regarded for handling moisture, mild chemicals, and general corrosion exposure a lot better than standard carbon steel fittings. For industrial hydraulic setups where rust or chemical contact is a real concern, it's a solid choice.
