trying to swap out a hose end, is this one a -4 FJIC on one side and a -3 hose swivel on the other?

Connection-wise, it is set up as a -4 FJIC on one end with a -3 hose swivel on the other, so it is meant to join those two sizes in a hydraulic hookup.

Is this here swivel made of stainless steel all the way through? Gotta make sure it can hold up to some pretty harsh stuff we use.
