What's the deal with the "swivel" part? Does that mean it rotates after you tighten it down?

The swivel feature on this tee allows for some rotational adjustment even after you've tightened the fitting. This can be real handy for lining things up just right in your hydraulic system.

got a tee with one male and two female ends, all G 3/4-14. Is that what this is?

Functionally, it is a tee fitting with BSPP threads on all three ports, sized G 3/4 - 14. Side 1 is male, and sides 2 and 3 are female, all in 3/4 inch BSPP.
