What's the deal with the different widths on this thing? What are CH1 and CH2 for?

CH1 refers to the width of one of the hex flats, measuring 29mm, while CH2 refers to the width of a different hex flat on the tee, measuring 32mm. They're probably different sizes so you can get a wrench on 'em easier.

trying to tee off a 3/4 BSPP line. are all three ports on this one G 3/4-14 or is one different?

All three connections are the same size and thread callout on this branch tee, G 3/4 - 14 on each port. Two sides are male BSPP and the branch port is female BSPP.
