all three ports on this thing are the same size and thread type, right? just want to make sure before I go ordering it

All three ports are G 1/2-14 male BSPP, so yes, every connection point on this tee is identical in both size and thread type. No mixing or adapting needed between ports.

Will this here tee fitting work with regular pipe threads or is it just for them BSPP deals?

It's made specifically for BSPP (British Standard Parallel Pipe) threads, so it won't work with standard NPT pipe threads.
