Will this fitting work to connect a 1/4" JIC to a M10 metric line?

got a hose end that’s 7/16-20 JIC, will this elbow mate up to it and then go into an M10 x 1.0 port?

On the JIC side it is a 7/16 - 20 UNF male, which is the 1/4 inch JIC size. The other end is a male metric M10 x 1.0, so it’s meant to thread into an M10 x 1.0 female port.
