Got a metric port on a manifold block that I need to tie into a JIC line, this a straight-through adapter or does it got some kind of angle to it?

Straight through, no angle. Both ends come off the same centerline, so it'll thread right in without any offset or repositioning of your line. Side one is a 1-5/16-12 UN JIC male and side two is an M27 x 2.0 metric male, and the overall length runs 53.3mm with a 36mm wrench flat. Clean, direct connection between those two thread types with no fuss.
