got a hose end that’s 7/16-20 UNF JIC, will this adapter go over to M14 x 1.5 on the other side?

For tying two different thread standards together, it’s a straight male to male fitting with a 7/16 - 20 UNF JIC male on one end and an M14 x 1.5 metric male with seal on the other.

The seal is included. That's actually called out right in the product name, so you won't need to source one separately or mess with thread sealant to get a leak-free connection.
