Got a metric port on a pump housing and need to run a JIC line off it, does this fitting do that in one shot or am I still gonna need an adapter in between?

One fitting handles the whole transition. One end threads into your metric port using an M27 x 1.5 male thread, and the other end connects directly to a 3/4 inch JIC male line using a 1-1/16-12 UN thread. No additional adapters needed between the two connections.

trying to hook a JIC line up to a metric port. is this the straight adapter with 3/4" JIC on one side and M27x1.5 on the other?

For connecting those two thread types in a straight run, this fitting matches that setup. Side 1 is a male JIC, 3/4 inch size with a 1-1/16 - 12 UN callout, and Side 2 is a male metric with an M27 x 1.5 callout.
