what's the thread spec on the JIC side of this fitting? need to make sure it mates up with my existing line before I order

The JIC end runs 1-5/16 - 12 UN, which is a 1" male JIC connection. That's a pretty standard size in hydraulic hydraulic connections, so if your existing line is spec'd for 1" JIC female, you're good to go.

got a hose end that’s 1 inch male JIC, will this elbow match up to it?

Match the threads and it will. Side 1 on this elbow is a 1 inch male JIC with a 1-5/16 - 12 UN thread, so it is meant to mate with a corresponding JIC female in that size.
