trying to hook a 1 inch jic hose end to a 3/4 bspp port, is this the right elbow for that?

For that kind of thread change, it matches up as a 90 degree steel adapter with a 1 inch JIC male on one side and a 3/4 inch BSPP male adjustable on the other. Side 1 thread is 1-5/16 - 12 UN, and side 2 thread is G 3/4 - 14.

Got a piece of equipment with a 3/4 BSPP port and I need to swing the line off at a right angle over to a 1" JIC fitting. This the right adapter for that?

That's what this one's built for. One end is a 1-inch JIC male (threaded 1-5/16-12 UN) and the other is a 3/4-inch BSPP male adjustable. The 90-degree elbow shape lets you change direction right at the port, which cleans up routing a good bit. The adjustable side means you can clock the elbow to whatever angle works before you lock it down, so the hose or line runs where you need it without fighting the geometry.

Reckon this elbow fitting would work to hook up a pressure gauge on my tractor? It's got them funny metric threads.
