What's the width of each side on this elbow fitting? Gotta make sure it'll fit in the space I've got.

The side with the JIC connection is 26mm wide, and the BSPP side measures 36mm.

Got a machine running G 3/4 BSPP ports and need to tie into a JIC line, this fitting handle that kind of crossover?

That's what this elbow is built for. One end is male JIC at 1-1/16-12 UN and the other is male BSPP at G 3/4-14, so it bridges those two thread standards in a single 90-degree fitting. Both sides are 3/4 inch nominal, and the steel construction holds up well in demanding industrial setups. Just make sure your mating ports are female on both ends since both sides of this fitting are male.
