Got a gauge port on a manifold that's G 1/4 BSPP and I need to run a line off it with an R 1/8 BSPT male fitting, will this elbow handle both of those in one shot?

That's what this fitting does. One side is G 1/4 BSPP male (19 thread pitch) and the other is R 1/8 BSPT male (28 thread pitch), so you're converting between those two British thread standards while also changing direction 90 degrees. Steel construction, made by Adaptall, part number 9057-04-02. One fitting handles the thread swap and the turn both.

For that kind of thread mix, it’s a match. One end is a G 1/4 BSPP male (G 1/4 - 19) and the other end is an R 1/8 BSPT male (R 1/8 - 28), built as a 90° elbow so you get the direction change and the BSPP to BSPT conversion in one piece.
