trying to hook a 1/2" BSPP male port to a 3/8" BSPP male port and need a 90 in there too, is that what this fitting does?

For combining a right angle turn with a size change, this elbow is a reducing male to male BSPP fitting. Side 1 is G 1/2 - 14 and Side 2 is G 3/8 - 19, so it transitions from 1/2 inch BSPP male down to 3/8 inch BSPP male in a compact 90 degree body.
