What's the width of this elbow, across the flats?

It measures 19mm across the flats (CH1 width).

Both ends on this thing are male BSPP, right? Just want to make sure I ain't got a male-to-female situation before I go ordering it.

Both connections are male BSPP, 3/8" on each side, with a G 3/8 - 19 thread callout. So whatever you're connecting into needs female BSPP ports on both ends to mate up correctly.
