trying to replace a 90 elbow on a hose, is this one 1/2" bspP both sides with a swivel on the female end?

It is a steel 90 degree elbow with G 1/2-14 BSPP on both ends, a 1/2 inch BSPP male adjustable on one side and a 1/2 inch BSPP female swivel on the other.

what size wrenches am i gonna need to torque this thing down proper, the ch1 and ch2 flats aint the same are they

Right, they're different sizes. The Ch1 flat across the male adjustable end measures 22mm, so a 22mm wrench handles that side. The Ch2 and Ch3 flats are both 27mm, so you'll want a 27mm on the swivel end. Having both sizes on hand before you start saves a lot of fumbling around mid-install.
