got a tight corner on a hydraulic line where I need a 90 and both ends are BSPP threaded at 3/8, this the right part for that kind of setup?

For a 90-degree turn between two 3/8" BSPP connections, yeah this fits that situation well. One end is a male BSPP adjustable, the other is a female BSPP swivel, both carrying a G 3/8-19 thread spec. The swivel end gives you some rotational flexibility during installation so you're not fighting the line to get everything lined up. Steel construction, so it holds up in working hydraulic environments without being finicky about it.
