Got a machine running G 1/2 - 14 BSPP on one end and need to tie into a 1/2 NPT female port on the other, will this adapter handle that inline without me having to change out any fittings on either side?

Both ports on this fitting are female, so it bridges a G 1/2 - 14 BSPP connection directly to a 1/2 - 14 NPTF port in a straight inline run. Neither side steps up or down in nominal size, so you're not introducing a diameter change into the line. Steel construction holds up well in standard hydraulic circuit assemblies. As long as your existing ports match those thread callouts, you can drop this in without modifying either side.

Can this here fitting handle hydraulic pressures without leaking at the threads? I just want to make sure it's up to snuff.
