Will this here adapter fit right if I'm tryin' to hook up a BSPP fitting to somethin' with NPT threads? Both sides are supposed to be 1/4 inch.

It's designed for exactly that – connecting a 1/4" BSPP female port to a 1/4" NPT female port.

both sides are female on this thing? just want to make sure before i order, got a male BSPP stud on my manifold and a male NPT fitting coming off the line

Both sides are female, so you'd need male threads on whatever you're connecting to on each end. One side accepts a G 1/4-19 male BSPP thread and the other takes a 1/4-18 male NPT thread. If your manifold has a male BSPP stud and your line fitting is male NPT, this adapter would sit right between them and make that conversion straight through.

got a manifold port that’s G 1/4-19 BSPP female and my hose end is 1/4-18 NPTF female. is this the piece that lets em hook together?

Built for straight-through thread conversion, it gives you a G 1/4-19 BSPP female port on one side and a 1/4-18 NPTF female port on the other, both in 1/4 inch size. That makes it a simple way to join BSPP-threaded components to NPT-threaded fittings or manifolds in the same line.
