got a panel pass-through setup, is this the kind of bulkhead fitting that goes straight through with threads on both sides?

For a straight bulkhead connection, this part fits that role. It is a straight steel bulkhead connector with male BSPP threads on both ends, so you can pass a line through a bulkhead and connect on each side using G 1/4 - 19 male BSPP.
