got a 1" BSPP female port on a manifold block and need to step down to 3/4" BSPP male for a fitting downstream, this bushing do that?

Yeah, that's exactly what this one handles. The female end is 1" BSPP (G 1-11) and the male end is 3/4" BSPP (G 3/4-14), so it threads into your 1" port and gives you a 3/4" male connection on the other side. Function-wise, it is a straight extended bushing that adapts between a female G 1 (1 inch BSPP, G 1 - 11) connection on side 2 and a male G 3/4 BSPP (G 3/4 - 14) connection on side 1.
