trying to step up from a G 1/4-19 male to a G 3/4-14 female, is that what this bushing does?

Built for exactly that thread change, it connects a G 1/4 - 19 male BSPP on one side to a G 3/4 - 14 female BSPP on the other, in a straight steel bushing.

Yes sir, this Extended Mbspp-Fbspp Bushing is made to connect a G 1/4 - 19 male BSPP thread to a G 3/4 - 14 female BSPP thread.

Got a 3/4" female BSPP port on a manifold block and need to run a 1/4" male BSPP line into it. This the right bushing for that?

That's what this one's built for. The 9039-04-12 has a G 1/4-19 male thread on one end and a G 3/4-14 female thread on the other, so it'll thread into your 3/4" port and give you a 1/4" male connection to work off of. Steel construction, straight profile, no angled offset to deal with.
