got a 1/4" BSPP port but my gauge line is 1/8" BSPP, is this the right bushing to step it down

For stepping down between BSPP sizes, it matches a male G 1/4-19 on one side and a female G 1/8-28 on the other, so it adapts a 1/4 inch BSPP connection to accept a 1/8 inch BSPP male fitting.

what's the thread size difference between the two ends on this bushing?

One end is a 1/4" male BSPP connection and the other is a 1/8" female BSPP. So you're stepping down from the larger male side to the smaller female side. The overall length runs 29.8mm with a 19mm channel width, and the whole thing is straight steel construction.
