What size ports does this bushing connect exactly? One end looks like a full inch but I wanna make sure before I order.

You've got it right. The male end threads into a 1-inch BSPP port with a G 1 - 11 thread, and the female end accepts a 3/8-inch BSPP fitting with a G 3/8 - 19 thread. So it steps down from the larger 1-inch male side to a smaller 3/8-inch female side. Both connections are BSPP, so as long as your ports match those specs, this bushing drops right in.
