Will this here bushing fit a standard 1/2" pipe thread on one end and a 1/4" pipe thread on the other?

Actually, it's designed for BSPP threads, not NPT. The sizes are 1/2" and 1/4" BSPP, so be sure that matches what you need.

Got a 1/2" BSPP port on a manifold block and need to run a 1/4" BSPP line off it. This bushing do the trick for that?

That's the situation this part covers. The male side threads into your 1/2" BSPP port using a G 1/2-14 thread, and the female side accepts a 1/4" BSPP male fitting with a G 1/4-19 thread. Steel construction, straight profile, so it drops right in without any angled offset to deal with.
