got a hose end that’s 1/4-18 NPTF male, will this screw into a G 1/4-19 female port without adapters stacked up

Thread-wise, it is meant to bridge those two standards in one piece. Side 1 is a 1/4 - 18 NPTF male and side 2 is a fixed female BSPP with G 1/4 - 19 threads.
