trying to swap a fitting on a little hydraulic setup, is this one the straight adapter that goes from G 1/4 - 19 to 9/16 - 18 UNF?

You are looking at a straight steel adapter with a male BSPP on Side 1 and a female O-Ring Boss (ORB-SAE) on Side 2. Side 1 is G 1/4 - 19 male, and Side 2 is 9/16 - 18 UNF female, which is the thread callout used for 3/8 ORB.
